Wow, a site that does more than just match profiles with profiles! FriendFinder is simply great.
You still have the sign-up and the questions and the picture uploads and all that stuff, but the effort doesn’t end once your details are online. You can join discussions about being single, rant about the fact that you can’t get a date and write articles about what you think is wrong with the online dating scene.
It’s more like joining a singles club than joining a dating site: you really feel as though you’re stepping into a community. Instead of looking at page after identical page filled with tickboxes and blurry pics you can read the articles and get a feel for the people behind the profiles. And let’s face it, even the best-written profile only tells you so much about the person who wrote it.
At FriendFinder you can find out a whole lot more by reading what they think about break-ups, first dates and just about anything else they feel like writing about. That doesn’t mean you don’t still get all the usual email options, chat and easy searching though; you do — and we found that there’s no shortage of great-looking people.
